The following calendar is for families of students seeking admission for the 2012-2013 school year.

| January 27, 2012 | Orientation for prospective parents from 9am-11:30am. Informational session and school tour is for adults only. |
| January 29, 2012 | School Open House for parents and children will run from 11:45am-1:30pm. |
| Late January, 2012 | For parents only: Available Kindergarten classroom observations - Schedule upon submission of application form |
| Late January, 2012 | For parents only: Available first grade classroom observations. - Schedule upon submission of application form |
| February 2, 2012 | Application filing deadline for kindergarten and grades 1-7 |
| Mid-February, 2012 | Screening and evaluations for kindergarten applicants - Schedule upon submission of application form |
| February 2012 | Available shadow dates for grades 4-7 – Schedule half day shadow dates upon submission of application form |
| March 5, 2012 | Screening and evaluations for grades 1-7 applicants at 1:30pm |
| March 2, 2012 | Release date for kindergarten acceptance letters |
| March 9, 2012 | Kindergarten applicant decision due |
| March 21, 2012 | Release date for grades 1-7 acceptance letters |
